Returns & Replacement Policy

  • As per our existing policy, the user has to report any defect if any within 24 hours of receiving the shipment for the product to be eligible for return or replacement.
  • It will take 3-4 working days to review your return request.
  • If you request a reverse pickup service for product returns or exchanges, we will charge Rs. 200 for the service. Alternatively, you can self-ship the item back to our registered mailing address; in this case, the customer will be liable for the cost of the return shipment.
  • If You would need to self-ship the items via any reputable courier partner if our reverse pickup service was not offered at your location. YouthBae will check the product against the claim after it is delivered and start the replacement or refund process as necessary. Please be aware that replacement is subject to stock availability..
  • Only Return Requests mailed to Youthbae.contact@gmail.com will be considered. Please clearly mention your Order ID when requesting a Return or Exchange Request.

Under what conditions can I return/ replace my product?

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Size and fitting issue with the product.
  • Damaged product delivered – physical damage/ tampered product or packaging.
  • Incomplete order – missing products
  • Unhappy with product quality

Under what conditions return/ replacement requests will not be accepted?

  • Opened/used/altered products
  • Original packaging (box, labels, etc.) missing
  • The return/replacement request is generated after 4 days from the date of delivery
  • The damaged/missing product is reported after 2 days from the date of delivery

Cancellation Policy

Order cancellation is possible prior to goods shipment. Unfortunately, once the item has been dispatched to you, an order cannot be cancelled. If you decide to cancel your order after receiving the product, a refund is only possible if the item is unopened and in the same state as when it was sent to you. But keep in mind that the consumer is responsible for paying the shipping fees. After the merchandise has been received and checked out, your refund will be completed within 2 to 3 working days.
